Requests made after 14 days are not eligible for a refund.
2. Eligible Products
Refunds apply to 3D design upgrades, plant lists, and add-on services.
Free 2D designs are non- refundable as they are provided at no cost .
3. Non- Refundable Situations
refunds are not available for completed custom designs that have been delivered and approved,
or for changes of mind after the 14-day period.
